Fred Jones and two friends after a good day of fishing.They are sitting on the front porch and the railing of the porch is strung with fish. The "Newport Club" was built by four friends in 1913 along Ledgewood Bay with a USFS special permit. Jones" family enjoyed the cabin until 1962 when the Forest Service revoked the permit for the Ledgewood Bay Picnic site. |
