Jan Elkins Smith Bailey in white blouse and lace apron works at a prep counter in the kitchen of the Drift Inn On top of the ocunter are cutting boark, knife, salt cellar and plastic packabes. Various food boxers, bottles and bags are stored on the lower shelf. Counters surround this butcher block table with just a narrow walkway to the sink. Behind jan is the old gas cooking stove and ovens which are topped by large coffee pot and other pots and pans.
